Looking for someone who young, motivated, hardworking and is eager to learn real estate. We are hiring someone to become a helper in the our rental property space.
Tasks:
- Painting
- Demo
- Clean up properties
- Dealing with tenant issues
- Some constructions, plumbing and electrical issues (will be taught how to handle)
- Handling showings
- Mowing
- Will learn how to find, buy and manage rental properties from start to finish
Work load:
- Part time work 20 hrs a week to start $15 hr
- Pick up to full time as needed and as time goes on
