One Year Old Indoor Female Cat Needs A Great Home

We are so sad to have to rehome our one year old female tortoise shell colored cat, but we know it is what's best for her. We have had her since she was a tiny kitten and poured lots of love on her, but we feel that our house may be too chaotic for her. She is very nervous and skittish at all times. We were hoping she would outgrow it as she got older but she has not. She hides all day long and comes out at night while we are sleeping to eat. She gets along well with our other two cats, but we hardly get to see her. We feel she would do better in a quiet home that has no little children where she can finally relax and get the love and attention she deserves. We are asking for a $30 rehoming fee to be certain that she finds a serious permanent new homeowner. Her name is Caterpillar, we call her "cat" for short. She has been spayed. She has never been outdoors, she has had opportunities to go outside but has always been too scared. Located in Jeffersonville, NY.
