Park Hill Apartments in Washington, NJ is looking to hire another knowledgeable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification a plus. Scheduled work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24-hour emergency maintenance "on call" rotation. Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Currently offering a $500.00 COVID vaccination bonus.
