Need an industrious individual or a small crew to rehab investment properties involving Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. Must have tools and reliable transportation. Rehab skills required are drywall work, installing cabinetry/vanities, crown, and base, along with other miscellaneous renovation projects. We have several houses in need of attention.
