Looking to find a new home for my 4 year old Male Black Lab, Hunter. Hunter is a pure bread black lab, around 70lbs, not neutered, and caught up on vaccines except for his rabies shot. I recently acquired Hunter from his previous owner as my first dog but have realized that I unfortunately don't have enough time to give him the love and attention he needs due to work. Hunter is great around people and kids but is very reactive around other dogs. Various trainers that both the previous owner and myself have spoken to say that neutering him may help a little but a lot of training would most likely be required which I don't feel I am qualified to give as he is my first dog. Outside of that he is great in the house, doesn't eat or chew up any clothing or furniture, is pretty good at retrieving, and is very food driven. I'm asking 300 to rehome Hunter with vaccination and AKC paperwork, as well as his pedigree family tree document. Also included will be his kennel, bed, almost an entire bag of food, his bowl, long training leash, collar, toys, and treats if interested. Based on what I've seen, I feel that Hunter needs a home without other dogs, an experienced owner or an owner willing to pay for the training he will most likely require, and a house with a yard or someone to take him out of the house regularly.
