Morning Yoga with INVIVO Wellness at Schlitz Park Take a moment of movement Wednesday, September 1st at Schlitz Park - Brewhouse Square! Grab your work bestie for a free morning yoga session with a local wellness studio INVIVO and instructor Cynthia. Two classes will run at 7:30 am and at 8:00 am, with exclusive offerings from Lululemon for all registrants! Please register for one of the two time slots. 7:30 am: Yoga for Stiff Bodies 8:00 am: Steel Mace Yoga Pre-registration required. Registrants may bring their own mat, or one will be provided.
