Share price went up, then crashed. Chip manufactures are more scared of recession at any give time, than of investment in extra plant and equipment during a shortage where prices received skyrocket. If Biden's regime spends tax payer money on giant chip manufacturing facilities, the real ones, producers who know the booms and busts of their crop, will go out of business. Perhaps government will buy them out, workers get government jobs guaranteed during the bust cycle. They may become Solyndras.
