Join us for a beautiful night of intention setting, sound healing, and over all awesome vibes. Come as you are ... Join us for a meditative sound healing expereince this coming Wednesday August 18th @ 7:30 pm *** NEW LOCATION ** 20th Ave. N, Neptune Beach 32266 ... beach access. Public parking available arrive early for the best spots you can also park along 2nd street ... but no worries if you are late just scoot in and join us. If you have a hard time finding us ot jsut want to type in an address to GPS use 2125 Ocean Front, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 ( First Christian Church ) 100% donation based event .. Cash ( prefered ) or Venmo (DiVasquez-1)... you do NOT have to sign up here just SHOW UP and bring a friend or two! We will release tension in the physical body, as well as emotional blocks that hold us back from authentically expressing who we are. You will be led into a guided Savasana and while in a state of deep relaxation, Diana will lull you into deeper states of consciousness with the vibrations of her gongs, crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments. We will be setting intentions and letting go of baggage ... so come prepared = ) ... This experience is designed to help move stagnant energy out of the body and clear channels for deep healing and new blessings to enter your life. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that leaves you relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Bring a bed sheet or big blanket and towels or pillows WHATEVER you need to be comfortable on the sand. Arrive 10 min before hand to get comfy.
