Qualifications: Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc. Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds Must provide own reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Basic Function: Ensure the accounts they are assigned to are being cleaned according to specifications. Major Responsibilities Clean on assigned night & time Clean to specification Clean within budget hours Clean to have green ratings 100% of time. Report concerns to Supervisor. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building) Follow procedures Calling off Requesting time off Clock in and Clock out Listening to Supervisor messages Reporting to Supervisor of your need for supplies, equipment etc Keeping equipment in good repair Keeping janitorial closet neat Wear assigned uniform DNA of Front Line Cleaning Associate: Friendly Organized Eye for detail Excellent cleaner Intuitive
