Need Help Finishing a Room Construction Project

I had a contractor start a room project for me but he's no longer responsive in helping me. I have material. I need drywalling completed, some minor insulation put in the roof. It's a small room. Also, hot water to my sink and bathroom is basically turned off. I'd need your help trying to find out the issue with this too. If you can help me, please let me know. I live on the north side, 106th and College Ave area. Thank you
