Fundraiser event to support Dana Farber/Children's Hospital. All proceeds will be donated in honor of Mateo's awesome battle. On Monday, August 23rd Blakeman's will be holding a fundraiser for our good friend, Mateo. Mateo is 13yrs old who has been battling pediatric cancer since he was 8 years old. Mateo has had two bone marrow transfers in the last four years. His most recent bone marrow transfusion was successfully transferred from his amazing older brother who was a perfect match. Bert Breer, senior NFL writer for Sports Illustrated and frequent speaker on 98.5 the Sports Hub, is one of our amazing Blakeman's customers. Bert and Blakeman's have joined forces to put on incredible fundraiser event for Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Boston Children's Hospital in honor of Mateo's kick-butt battle. At our event, Bert will be hosting a Q&A to answer all of your in-the-know football questions! The cost of each ticket will be $50, which includes dinner! There will also be a cash bar.
