Tysons Corner Center and DC Fray have partnered together to bring a culture of fun and fitness to all with our monthly Tysons Fit Club.
Fit Club helps attendees achieve their fitness goals one class at a time. Classes will be held on The Plaza at the green grass eclipse.
THIS MONTH //
August 12 - Yoga/HIIT with Strong Body Babes
YOGA - Regular yoga practice creates mental strength, clarity, and calmness.
HIIT - aka high intensity interval training is exactly what it sounds like. This is a training technique where you give all-out efforts, one hundred percent through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
No experience or equipment necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring an optional yoga/exercise mat, as quantity is highly limited. All are welcome!
