The 10th NOLA DOWNTOWN music and arts festival is a celebration of New Orleans culture. With revolving locations between the French Quarter, Central Business District, and the Warehouse Arts District, the festival celebrates the revival of Downtown New Orleans. New Orleans is the home of the most exciting culture in America. In New Orleans, music is more than business; it's also our cultural expression. Every artist that performs during the NOLA Downtown Festival becomes a part of New Orleans cultural history.  Cutting Edge is produced by the New Orleans based non-profit organization Music Business Institute (MBI). The Cutting Edge is dedicated to the many musicians whose dreams and efforts make the music business a reality for the rest of us.
