found baby rat!! please help

i found his siblings nearby and they were all very close to death and bloodied. if someone knows how to care for him or has a foster mother please reach out, i suspect him to be about a week old. im helping him poop and pee and giving him pedialyte but dont know how much longer i can help him. i also have him on a heat mat. thanks
