Need Contractor for floating deck

We just built a big composite deck and now want to build a small "floating" patio beside it to hold our BBQ grill. - The size would be 8’x16’, and very low (to match the height of the first step of our big deck). - The material is already here (extra Azek boards). - This patio will have to match the look and style of our big deck (clean look, 2-tone border, hidden foundation). We DO NOT want to install expensive concrete footings. If you know how to build a clean composite deck and properly structure on hidden blocks, please reply with your plan and cost estimate.
