Blender Operator – Mixing, batching, compounding Following recipes – QC checks of all ingredients before tossing into kettles Ability to lead the cooking process, not leading people Responsible for cooking all soups/pasta batches Filler Operator- Filling cups to the machine Changing out plastic roles, this machine press the plastic film over the cups Basic mechanically inclined will have to change out cup plates on the machine Checking temperatures and documenting Assistant Blender Operator- Lumping products into the kettles (ability to lift 50lbs) Staging products in the kettle area Will work closely with Blender Operator and assisting as needed
