Clearpoint Crossing Apartments is Looking for a Full-Time Make Ready Maintenance Technician for a 252-Unit Apartment Community in Houston, Tx. The Make-Ready Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in. **Requirements: Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC experience.** **Requirements: 24-hour on-call every other weekend.** Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM -Meet daily with Lead Maintenance Supervisor to communicate & manage the workflow of all make-readies, service repairs, and special projects. -Complete all needed repairs & improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in by following the make-ready checklist including: Window blinds, Caulk & Seal all windows, sinks, toilets, and baths, touch-up paint, lighting, etc. -Makes and/or assists with general appliance repairs, A/C, and electrical repairs. Performs and/or assists with painting, and plumbing duties as required. -Accepts service requests from work order log and completes quickly & thoroughly. -Assist with all preventative maintenance as well as “special projects” as needed -Performs other related duties as assigned by management Please email resume.
