Description

• Meet with project estimator to discuss project prior to contacting the property owner. • Contact the owner and schedule walk-through to explain the scope of repairs, order of production, and answer questions with regards to set-up, lock box, etc. • Coordinate labor and production, subcontractors, inspections, etc. • Follow job scope. Inform estimator of any changes or oversights, etc. • Maintain job file. Make clear, concise notes on job progress and note any problems on the project. • Perform duties and repairs within the project budget. • Control the quality of the repair(s). • Meet with the property owner to have job completion and acceptance signed. • Enforce company policies.
