Enjoy a casino night to support CASA of the River Region and the vulnerable children they serve. Join us for our first in-person event! CASAblanca will be on Friday, October 29 at the Mercury Ballroom. A 40's-themed night, we invite guests to dress up (encouraged not required) and play casino games, i.e. poker, blackjack, roulette, etc., all in support of CASA and the children we served. Be the judge! Local bartenders will be hosting a cocktail competition featuring their own recipes of the Old Fashioned. You vote for the best among a flight of three cocktails. Enjoy music by DJ Heather Yenawine and food by Ladyfingers. Other activities include a fortune teller, tarot reader, oxygen bar, silent auction, and a raffle. CASA of the River Region provides direct advocacy services to abused and neglected children in the Greater Louisville area. Advocates fight for a child’s basic right to thrive in a safe, permanent home. CASA receives no state funding and is wholly dependent on the support of the community.
