Dalco Inc Position applying for: Shop Facilitator We are a locally owned pressure washer repair facility as well as a pressure washer sales shop looking to hire a part-time Shop Facilitator. The hours would be from 8am to 1pm, Monday through Friday with the chance to move to full-time based on performance. Full-time benefits would include health and vision insurance with insurance premiums paid by the company, a 3% company matched IRA account, sick-time accrual, and PTO accrual. We are looking for a motivated individual with a clean driving record that wants to progress in a growing company. Shop duties would include: Deliver customer orders (equipment, parts, chemicals, etc.) Assemble new equipment and accessories for sale. Transferring parts between our two store locations. Local pickups. Organize repair queue and paperwork. Help load and unload customer machines. Answering phones and assisting customers when needed. Light janitorial work (take out trash, clean up oil spills, properly discard used parts, etc.) And other miscellaneous shop tasks to help achieve goals. Requirements for this position include: Must be 18 years or older. Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs (most of the chemicals we sell come in 5-gallon buckets.) Wear black pants with closed toe shoes/boots. We will provide shirts and a sweatshirt. Punctual. Self-starter. On occasion we may not have tasks that you can do to help throughout the day so being able to find things on your own without being asked is an immense help. Able to conduct themselves properly and communicate efficiently in an adult environment. Hours M-F 8:00am – 1:00pm, two 10-minute breaks. Payroll is bi-weekly with paydays every other Tuesday. $15-17/hour DOE. Goal start date Sept. 1st. We will collect resumes for 2 weeks before scheduling interviews.
