In what will be the first of several cooking classes at Global Garden Refugee Training Farm, we will make vegetarian spring rolls! We'll create two types of rolls and two sauces, using ingredients from our farm. Ingredients and supplies are provided, though you are encouraged to bring your own knife. This event is donation-based and contributions are appreciated! You may donate here, on Venmo (@globalgardenfarm), or on the day of the event.
