Landlord tenant bullshit

So landlord won't give me the key to the garage so I can take my trash out when I need to. He expects me to ask the other roommates, and all of them, EXCEPT me, have one. I got snappy, and he said 'don't talk to me like that; watch what happens.' I ASSUME he's trying to hold an eviction threat over my head. But I'm Not endangering anyone, I don't do drugs, on top of that, he refuses to get me a real lease by beating around the bush and blowing it off.... So, is there anyone here who knows damn near all the landlord tenant laws here and would be willing to meet up, sit down and chat?
