You’ll learn the power of your beath to create energy, strength, and new vitality for your life.
First, you’ll learn to reset your body’s true function for breathing without restriction and how to strengthen your breathing muscles to rapidly improve stamina, strength, and stability in your body.
Then you’ll learn how to control the breath to create more fluidity and power in movement and alter both your physiological and your psychological state to withstand intense stresses with a quiet mind.
