Yin Yoga Class - Every Monday & Thursday!
Join us every Monday & Thursday at our brand new wellness studio! Starting off with meditation or breath work to find your breath and connect it to your mind. Continuing with Yin Yoga, a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
