A group to look at and heal ancestral trauma and systemic patterns, somatically and epigenetically. This group will be hosted outdoors on public property in Simi Valley by Certified Hypnotherapist and Constellation Facilitator Sierra Kalinke. If gathering restrictions change, it will switch to Zoom and attendees will be sent a link. The location will be emailed to you before the event. You are requested to bring your own seating and comfort items, if possible. What is Constellation Work? Constellation work is a type of somatic group therapy in which we take an internal issue and we make it external so we can see all the moving parts. The attendees are each chosen to represent different elements of the client’s issue, and will begin to physically feel and know things that belong to the issue, even if they have no idea what the issue is. By setting up a systemic constellation, it becomes possible for past wrongs, hidden dynamics, conflicts, disconnections, soul loss, and entanglements to be revealed and resolved. It is phenomenalogical and must be experienced to be fully understood. Please note: there are no guarantees that your own unhealed material will not arise. Representatives often get their own healing done simply by participating; even if they are not the main client. Throughout generations, our inherited emotional and behavioral imprints keep showing up in our lives. Unknowingly, we may carry our ancestors unresolved issues generations later. This information is encoded in our DNA, cellular memories, and energy fields, and has an affect on our health and well-being. Constellation work turns the light on and shows you what is affecting you that is hiding in your subconscious/energy field that is unknown or forgotten. A constellation can also be set up for your family system, business, money issues, relationships, pets, art, writing, etc. Any system can be represented and the resolved.
