Join us as we dig into the significance of nonprofit Mission, Vision, Values - which are the foundation of any strategic plan. The foundation of any strategic plan has to begin with a strong sense of who we are and what we're about. Our identity statements - Mission, Vision, Values - give us the framework to clarify our purpose and begin building an organization and plans that will last. This is the first of four follow up events we'll be hosting this quarter as we dig into topic of Strategic Planning. Whether you have established identity statements or are still working to clarify these things, this workshop will provide some practical tools, tips and exercises to help refine these critical components. Topics we'll cover: Developing clear Vision and Mission StatementsDetermining your Organizational NicheEstablishing and utilizing Core Values Using your identity statements to say "No"We'll be at the new Community Meeting Space in the back of Heart for ENC's building on the corner of 14th and Evans streets (the parking lot just before the railroad tracks). Heart for ENC is honored to provide this event at no cost to our nonprofit partners. We'll provide drinks and light snacks - feel free to bring your lunch. Hope to see you there!
