Job Description Receiving Duties: • Receiving all Gryco product ordered and match with appropriate paperwork provided by purchasing • Receives all decorated items from warehouse and reviews paperwork to ensure everything matches up and order is not incomplete. • Receive all Gryco product including Samples and Outsource product. • Notice buyer of any shortage or overage Fulfillment Duties: • Transfer received product over to production for decoration. • Fulfillment for on hand Crunch and Chipman • Verify all orders have been fulfilled • For any incomplete orders, contact buyer for status and salesperson to update when item will come in. “The following orders are partially fulfilled” • If order is unable to be completed at the time the order is placed. Gryco customer service is to either email or call the customer contact to let them know of the out of stock issue. • Manage and fill all Order My Gear orders. Shipping Duties: • Check weekly production schedule by priority date to determine the order for product shipments. • Ship job order according to their CORRECT shipping address via UPS or stamps.com(whichever is most cost effective). Miscellaneous Duties: • Update/Maintain desk manual -Contact phone # for UPS -Contact Shipper # -Add cost for shipping to shipping report Safety: Safety methods/notices, procedures to provide a safe work environment should be executed by this position. This position requires strong communication skills for both staff and customers, and always acts in the best interests of the company. Prepare and post “Caution or Hazard” signs, specifically: · CAUTION: FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS, PLEASE DO NOT STORE ANY ITEM ON ALL EQUIPMENT (COMPRESSOR, DRYER). CAN BE COMBUSTIBLE. · CAUTION: KEEP ALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN KITCHEN AREA ONLY. Housekeeping: Warehouse is to be kept clean and free of debris (broken down boxes, packaging materials, personal drink cans, water bottles, etc. The issue of both bathrooms and break areas including microwave, should be maintained and cleaned weekly. The refrigerator needs to be clean out monthly. A rotation schedule can be put in place; A professional monthly service will come in to do a thorough cleaning to provide a more intense cleaning of bathrooms, carpet, floor and windows. Warehouse efforts to be neat, clean, and organized should be reinforced at each and every warehouse staff meeting. This would include maintaining a clean break area, bathroom facilities, refrigerator and individual work stations. All work should be taken down upon completion of each job and set-up with new job for the start of the next following day. This will enhance production effort. Staff Time/Reporting: Time records: All staff time records will be maintained and reported to Sales on a bi-weekly basis. This should be done via e-mail and timecards returned to Sales at month end. • Hourly employees punch in when they are ready, not when they walk through the doors, need to put away lunch, use restroom, drink coffee, etc. • Lunch breaks are for 30 minutes. This may shift depending upon workload at the discretion of Gryco management. • All staff requests for time off will be reviewed and recommended to Sales if request can be approved. • Staff schedules may vary depending upon peak season. -Must have knowledge/experience with shipping VIA UPS and Stamps.com
