Frailer seeks fiddler

I'm a clawhammer banjoist looking for a fiddler interested in both standard (old-time folk and bluegrass) and non-standard (Grateful Dead, Van Morrison, Pink Floyd, jazz, classical, etc.) rep. Someone who sings would be a plus but it's not an absolute must for me. I sing in the bass-baritone range so would want to take lower parts. Though relatively new to banjo (18 months) I have played various fretted (guitar, bass) and unfretted (cello) instruments at a professional level in groups over the years, so I've learned it fast. My interest is heading out to open mics and events as soon as seems appropriate. However, I'm also interested in taking time with experimenting, not just simply quickly getting a songbook together and gigging. (Health note: Vaccinated folks only, please.) Thanks!
