Looking for part-time help for Pre-teen

Hi, We're looking for a cheerful, part-time helper for our soon to be 12 year old son. Ideally you have experience with teens and are very engaging/interactive, positive, cheerful and extroverted. You'll need to have your own car. We need occasional help in the mornings from 7:30-9am (making breakfast and driving him to school, you'll need to have a car and a good driving record). Also, we need help every weekday afternoon picking him up from school at 3:00, and getting him to his after-school activities and helping him stay engaged by doing activities with him or helping him with his homework. Weekday hours would be 2:30-6/7 Monday-Fridays. We'll reimburse for mileage/gas. Spanish or german speakers a plus! Male helpers are welcome! Our son does soccer, sailing, and loves scootering, rip sticking and baking. We may also need additional help on the weekends but that would be on a flexible and week-by-week basis. P.S.
