At the direction of the Maintenance Manager, assists with cleaning community common areas --clubhouse, pool, and landscaping and minor repairs/maintenance of community clubhouse. Job duties include: Clean Clubhouse perimeter and interior. This could include debris from an overnight storm, wind, spills or debris on clubhouse floor. Clean debris from pool area as necessary. Brush, vacuum or leaf rake pool as required. Clean shower rooms at pool side. Mow common area lawns. Trim and edge lawns and trim around sprinkler heads and landscape areas. Water perimeter planting areas not covered by sprinkler system. Maintain planting areas, trees and shrubs in a neat, clean appearance. Clean streets, cul-de-sacs, and community parking areas as necessary. Check community perimeter area for debris--clean as necessary. Set up and take down tables, chairs, etc. for community events. Other duties as directed by Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time position. Pay is $20.00 per hour with paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave, and Health Insurance. Plumbing and landscaping experience a plus.
