We are a full-service, greater Seattle/Eastside area, concrete contractor specializing in post-tension structures. We are currently in need of experienced concrete carpenters. Pay depends on experience, range is $28-$40/hour. What we're looking for: • At least 2 years' experience as a carpenter • Hard Worker • Dependable • Honest • A team player • Follows and takes direction • Able to consistently lift 50-70 lbs. • Has attention to detail • Has attention to safety - will follow ALL safety guidelines • Reliable transportation • Able to speak/read English (English/Spanish Bi-Lingual a plus) • Able to provide proper documentation for legal work status in US (this will be verified) Primary responsibilities: • Working with different forming systems (wood, aluminum, and gang forms) • Forming elevated decks • Working on PT decks • Build and install column and wall forms • Install footing forms • Placing embeds • Placing studrails • Setting and stripping forms • Setting and stripping shoring • Operating tools and equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, etc. • Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength. • Working during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations.
