Job Description The Facilities Tech ensures that all equipment is operational, performs basic construction projects, and ensures all work performed meets federal and state safety guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities - Performs basic construction tasks including framing, drywall, and finishing. - Uses various power tools for light construction projects. - Complies with all safety procedures and requirements. - Good driving record - Supports building needs and activities (after hours) as required. - Responds to equipment and warehouse emergencies. Performs other job duties and tasks as assigned Skills and Qualifications - Good organizational skills. - Basic construction knowledge and experience. - Experience with various power tools and maintenance equipment. - Good communication skills. - Approachable and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships. - Drive for continuous learning and growth. - Attention to detail to meet quality standards. - Clearly read, write and comprehend English. Education - High School education or GED.
