About You: You are a hard working, detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude and have the experience to complete construction and maintenance tasks with little to no oversight. You take pride is getting the job done right and getting it done as quickly as possible without cutting corners as efficiency is the top priority. While you are good at collaborating, you can also work diligently on your own. Job Description: Searching for a full time, salaried maintenance/construction laborer to join our team and perform a wide variety of construction and maintenance-related tasks. Part-time, hourly candidates considered on case-to-case basis. Room for growth into a project manager position for the right candidate! Looking to fill role ASAP. Job Duties would include (but not limited to): - Construction labor - General labor - Painting - Picking up and delivering materials to job site - Job site clean up - Light landscaping - Demo work - Handyman duties - Installing trim out - Millwork - Construction punch list assistance - Trash outs - Changing light bulbs - Carpet cleaning - Light cleaning - Light plumbing work All tools will be provided and all travel expenses paid. Pay $50-$65k DOE to start ($25-$35 for hourly) Requirements: • Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training • Personal vehicle Benefits: • 2 week's vacation.
