Junk Squad USA Lynnwood $18to$20 per hour plus tips Junk Squad team members carry out the most important tasks for the Junk Squad. They are the face of the organization to our customers. Team Member’s are expected to arrive on job sites well-groomed, in uniform, and ready to work. The most important tasks for Junk Squad Team Member’s are to truly “WOW” the customer and ensure they do not damage property. Impressing the customers means going above and beyond the call of duty, working with enthusiasm, tidying up the work area at the conclusion of the job, and working quickly. You will start out as a Navigator. The Navigator assists the Team Leader in completing checklists, invoicing jobs, and loading the truck. Once the Navigator can safely drive a truck, quote jobs, and complete all paperwork correctly, you can be promoted to team Leader. There is an immediate $2 an hour raise upon promotion. Truck team members who quote extremely accurately, safely drive our vehicles, and “WOW” customers will be given raises accordingly. Several of our team Leaders make over $35 an hour with tips. Additional Perks for truck teams members include the opportunity to keep certain items. (if the customer doesn’t expect them to be donated and it doesn’t cost Junk Squad any money) and customer tips. Truck team members who go not only the extra mile, but the extra ten miles, are often rewarded with $100 or more in tips each pay period. Some of our truck teams members have furnished their apartments, created home gyms, or just acquired neat Knick knacks on the job. This is an excellent job for college students. In just two days you can get a significant number of hours, so you can earn good money while maintaining a full-time class schedule. You can adjust your summer hours to fit your needs as well. Junk Squad expects team members who arrive at work on time 7:30 or 8:00am and work hard until the day is done (often till 6-7pm). Team members are expected to work in all kinds of adverse conditions, including extreme heat and cold, rain, dust, dirt, and more. Team members should have the determination to push through difficult jobs and days, which occur from time to time. Team members should respond to challenges with “How will we get this done?’ instead of “there is no way we can do this.” If hard work does not scare you away, please reply with your resume.
