Inhale, Exhale, & Enjoy! Join us on August 28th from 10am to 12pm for Hydroga with The Lab! The morning will consist of a 1 hour hydro-yoga session in the pool taught by The Lab. Aftward, participants are invited to grab some light brunch bites crafted by The Lab Kitchen. The first 50 attendees to arrive will receive a FREE yoga mat! Otherwise, please bring your own with you. Residents are also welcome to bring friends as well, especially since we’re still offering a $600 referral reward.
