Description

These adorable puppies will have their second shots and be ready for their new homes tomorrow. They have also had the normal deworming medicine. If you are unfamiliar with the Northwest Farm Terrier you will be glad to get to know them. They are medium size dogs. The mother is 35 pounds and the father is 50 pounds. The puppies will be about the same size when grown. Mom has tan fur and dad has black and tan fur. The Northwest Farm Terrier is a breed started in Washington from Airedale, Irish Terrier, Border Collie, and Jack Russel Terrier. They are consistently smart, friendly, family dogs, and protectors of small and large farm animals. Their coat is course and curly - most people mistake them for a labradoodle. They don't shed much and do not smell 'doggy' when wet. Two boy pups are left. The other ten are already spoken for, including four going to homes in the families of the breeding group (who mind the genetics of the dogs). One of the remaining pups is black and tan, but know that they tend to lighten up substantially (see the picture of the papa). The redish-brown pup will likely lighten up just like her mama. These are really great puppies. They are papered by the NWFT breeding group, but not AKC papered. A small homing fee applies. We are raising these pups for the sake of the breed, not for the sake of a profit. For more information about Northwest Farm Terriers, please see the Northwest Farm Terrier Facebook page. Call us for more information and to discuss the home that you are able to provide for one of these puppies.
