Heeler mix with most likely pitbull

Luna needs a new home I am now getting divorced and I have three kids and three dogs. Luna can jump very high and chases all the rats and any pesky small animals away. Trouble is I live on a busy street and I’m nervous every-time I take her out to go potty that she will jump my fence and get hit by a car. She is not great with other dogs. She is fine with mine because she grew up with them. I have not taken her around other animal like cats. Besides a lizard lol she doesn’t eat him. She walks with her mussel on when on walks. She is kennel trained and potty trained and is up to date on shots. Not spayed yet. There is a small rehoming fee and she comes with all her stuff, leash, harness, mussel. I also have a hiking/ training belt for her that we just got. She is 55 pounds
