I found Mr. Snuggles (aka "Snugs") outside a shopping center on a busy road. I decided to rescue him and be his foster parent. Snugs is 2 years old he weighs 10.5 pounds. He is a male tabby cat. Snugs is super cute, but he's also a bit of a trouble maker. I honestly think he just wants a play buddy. He'd be best to go to a home with an experienced cat owner who has a cat whose also looking for a play buddy!
