Peruse booths, pick up cool swag and learn about local conservation efforts and how you can get involved! There are so many organizations involved in conservation and environmental stewardship in our area. The Mid-Michigan CISMA is organizing an event where you can meet several of these groups at once. Visit Woldumar Nature Center on September 12th to meet representatives from your local conservation districts, watershed groups, gardening clubs, eco-minded businesses and more. Learn more about how you can help with invasive species prevention and management, native plantings, water quality improvement and environmental sustainability. Don't miss out on picking up some eco-friendly swag and a chance to peruse the beautiful grounds of Woldumar. Staff permitting, there will be walking tours available. Tickets are not required for this event, but your RSVP is appreciated to help us plan our event. We look forward to seeing you there.
