Mayor Nancy R. Rossi will host a catered lunch for West Haven residents aged 65 and older at the West Haven Senior Center, 201 Noble Street. Seniors should mark their calendars for Monday, August 23, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The luncheon will celebrate the reopening of the Senior Center, which had been closed for more than a year due to restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This event will also be a great opportunity for seniors to meet the new director of Elderly Services, Alyssa Maddern.
In keeping with the current protocols at the Center, all visitors and staff must wear a mask regardless of vaccine status. The mask may be lowered while actively eating or drinking.
If you are at least 65 years old and live in West Haven, please register for the lunch no later than Thursday, August 19 by calling 203-937-3507.
