This is your PARTY before every FAMU home game in the historic Frenchtown district of Tallahassee. It's a FREE event for the entire family. The Frenchtown Rising which is held in the historic Frenchtown community on Macomb Street between Virginia & Georgia Street, serves as a pre-pep rally fan favorite event for all. With fun and games for families, food provided by multiple local vendors and live performances by national recording artist and our very own Tallahassee Nights Live, this is an event you don’t want to miss. In 2005, the Frenchtown Renaissance started in 2019 the Frenchtown Rising started, now in 2021 the legacy continues, Join us for what will be an event to remember.
