Ball python with enclosure

I have a ball python with an 40 gallon enclosure he is about 3 1/2 to 4 food he’s healthy nothing is wrong with him the tank is dirty I got it like that and it was previously used for a fish tank it comes with everything shown also a heat pad I had a thermostat to control the heat but it broke a few days ago so he does need a new one he eats frozen medium rats every three weeks I’m Pretty sure he’s a male I just want him to go to a good home with someone who is experienced there is a reehome fee to insure a good home the fee is 85$
