I am looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Crew Temp-to-hire position. There is the potential of being hired permanently as crew leader and grow with my company. Primary duty is landscaping maintenance and junk removal. Shift is Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with some Saturday 9:00AM-2:00PM. 2 years experience in Landscaping Maintenance or Equivalent Minimum. Must be able to verify experience with past employer. Primary duties: Load equipment to trailer, drive company pick-up truck with trailer to job sites. Lead a crew of 2 to 3 members in all lawn care maintenance activities including junk removal. Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Mulching, Pruning, Aerating, Weed Pulling, Weed Spraying, Fertilizing, Tree Trimming, Shrub Trimming, Shrub Removal, Overseeding Lawns, Irrigation System Maintenance, Junk Hauling, and General Clean-up of Client's Properties. This role will be responsible to work with manager to ensure materials are loaded, equipment is properly maintained, issues on properties are dealt with in a timely manner, and other responsibilities as needed. Exceptional time management, leadership, and communication skills are required to be successful with my company. Pay and perks: $18.00 per hour to start.
