Cypress Employment Services is looking to hire a Building Maintenance Manager for a Client in the Birmingham Area. Job Description: The building manager will be maintaining the maintenance inside the building and the outside grounds for an HVAC business. Duties: Maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of the business building and grounds: Troubleshooting maintenance issues and repairing them, sweeping, emptying trash, upkeep of grounds and parking lot, troubleshooting HVAC issues within the building. Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of verifiable HVAC experience or training (certifications are a plus but not required) Must have at least 1 year of Building Maintenance experience Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Must be flexible with schedule - this position requires the employee to be on call Must be able to communicate well with other employees Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 DOE
