Need notary asap

I am in a situation and need a notary to re do my authorization for temporary custody for my mother so my son can receive medical help and has to be done by tomorrow. Here is the problem...i dont have my actual license and I can't. Between my ticket and the money and being homeless there is no way. I can prove other ways I am and have a picture of my license. Please someone help.
