NASHUA, NH — State officials have identified the name of a man found dead inside a Hanover Street home and his manner of death.
The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office said Jared Daley, 35, of Nashua was found deceased in a living room on Wednesday. His body was found after Nashua police were called to the home for a welfare check. They found him after gaining entry to the home, according to officials.
Jennie Duval, the state's chief medical examiner, conducted an autopsy on Daly on Thursday and determined his manner of death was a homicide, due to "blunt impact injuries to his head."
Nashua police are asking for anyone who had interaction with Daly on Sunday or Monday to call the police and speak with a detective from the criminal investigation division at 603-594-3500.
Kate Giaquinto, the director of communications for the attorney general's office, said more information would be released as it becomes available.
