Expect light to variable winds for most areas in the early morning. There will be a slow, rising sea breeze for the second half of the morning, then light to locally more westerly flows in the afternoon. An evening wind will likely ease for most spots. A south-to-south-east tropical swell due to tropical storm Kevin will also be showing up. The Southern Hemi swell will be good for waist-stomach high waves at well-exposed spots.
