TRUSSVILLE, AL — An automotive manufacturer has purchased a warehouse in Trussville for its company's expansion. Chase Bays, which designs and manufactures fluid transfer products for the aftermarket automotive industry, recently acquired the warehouse for $3.6 million, according to the Birmingham Business Journal. The 50,000-square-foot warehouse, including 10,000 square feet of Class A office space, is located on 6.07 acres at 7574 Commerce Circle.
