The Fore Points Marina is looking for a seasonal, part-time Custodian to join their team.
This position is responsible for ensuring the entire facility is clean and polished, clear of debris, clutter, and trash. They are responsible for cleaning interiors of marina office, guest restrooms and laundry room. The position will also inspect, clean, and paint (as needed), all exterior surfaces such as entrances, doors, access points, and various outbuildings. They should be constantly scouring and managing the property for anything unkempt or inconsistent with company standards. The custodian will assist gardeners with planting and watering; assisting team members with light carpentry, or any aesthetic improvements or various other tasks related to keeping the facility in pristine condition. While some indoor duties, job primarily takes place outdoors. Part time through October.
