I am looking for a dog for my middle age son. He lives on 7 acres in rural Maine, works from home and can devote all his time to a pet. He lost his labs recently to old age and needs a companion. He has 2 cats in the house so pet needs to be cat and kid friendly. He can afford a small rehoming fee but lives on SSI and cannot afford a large fee.
